An Experiment: MyLot, Building a Social Network and Making it Work

Hi there, I'm new here and have been thinking alot about social networks. Social netowrks are a structure of individuals or organizations that are tied together by one or more types of relationships. For instance, here at mylot we are all tied by common interest of discussion. What I propose, or would like to do is have a group of 5 like minded people who are interested in making money online. Here is how it would/could work. Each person would start a discussion, your discussion can be in any category/interest. Your discussion has to be interesting and something that the group can respond to. So basically your discussion would beed to be well thought out and not a quick one or two line post. The idea is that each person in the group responds to all the discussions and the person who started to discussion will comment back, we continue to keep posting on each others discussion so long as the content stays fresh and interesting. What I have been seeing alot here in my short time is short one line posts perhaps two and then lost forever. I'd like to see some continuity and longevity of discussions, especially by newer members. Also getting your friends involved by asking if they would like comment on each discussion. I'm hoping this will increase the "social status" of each person in the group and help maximise you're affiliate programs, website or blog. Message me and let me know if you are interested.
