fries and burger - eating fries and burger chases my pain and troubles away....
I try to unwind through listening to music and sleeping for recharging of my energy. Sleeping is a very luxurious unwinding for me and its the best, sometimes I unwind through eating my favorite french fries and burgers.

I listen to my favourite music, or I go somewhere to get away from whatever is stressing me. Tonight I joined a new friend of mine at her knitting club. I am working on a scarf, I'm not sure who I'll give it to, and then I am going to knit a baby blanket for my friend Maryann who is adopting a baby girl.

i just turn off the lights and music and simply lay my body in bed and meditate. it helps me more than doing something or diverting my attention to other things.

My ways to reduce my stress level are as follows (not necessary in the order listed): Dancing, listening to music, hiking, skiing, skating, walking, eating (in moderation), drinking (in moderation), playing tennis, doing taiji on a regular basis, making love on a regular basis, gardening, socializing with friends, watching movies, having vacation on a regular basis, go to retreat once in a while, withdraw from people once in a while, taking a nap from time to time, sleeping (in moderation), PC gaming, reading books and articles, attending workshops and conferences, getting away from work site once in a while, taking long lunch hour break, having control over your own work schedule, talking in CD forum, taking pictures, swimimg, singing, shooting, writing etc...Gosh, I do wish I have enough time to do things to relax myself. I am getting so tense just to think what I do to reduce my stress level (just kidding).

It depends on how stressed I am, what i feel like doing, etc. Sometimes I like to hop on the computer, come on mylot, chat for a while. Then I'll go surf other sites. (Always having music playing off youtube). Or I might go lock myself in my room and read a nice book with 107.9 playing on the radio. KMLE baby! =P

Well, there is a park down the road for the kids, but if you walk down the trail, then you can walk for miles or you can fish, and I have really bad anxiety, so I go fishing every single day, or I will catch blue crabs. That helps me alot when I have a stressfull day.

Believe it or not when I'm stressed out...or depressed I take a nap. There is nothing more healing...for me anyway...than a nap. One of my pastors once said, "sometimes the most spiritual to do than to take a nap." I have no idea what this has to do with your question. I just thought of it! LOL LOL

Hi, I just see movies mostly humorous, listen to favourite songs, go for outing so on goes my relaxation. Some time spends time in meditation to control myself.

I take a hot shower and just let the weight of the day wash off of me. Usually music and a walk around town at night helps alot. If it's been a long tiring week, a road trip to nowhere important comes into play. 7
