braces!

Wearing braces had become a status symbol in my country, it's a sign of wealth because it costs a lot to have braces.

Heaps of kids have to get braces at some stage, usually during their school years. There's no reason to be embarrassed about having braces--there was even a time in the Philippines that they were a fashion accessory and kids who didn't even need them were trying to get wired up! Many of your fave celebs didn't always have straight teeth--they've sat inn the orthodontist chair just like you and now have paparazzi-perfect smiles!

I think if the need them and can afford them then why not. I don't think a honest dentist would put braces on someone that didn't need them . I know adults that have had teeth that floated and needed braces to get them back together. So if you need them and can afford it then yes.

I had braces before and I don't feel dorky at all! People start wearing braces because for them it makes them look cuter and trendy. Most of my friends gave me that reasons!
