Vitamin C stimulates the defense mechanism of white blood cells and promotes the formation of antibodies. Studies have also found that taking vitamin C over a long period can protect against cataracts, that it can help elderly people fight off severe respiratory infections and detoxification within the liver for example after taking drugs. I have always one in stock for me and my kids. i have appreciate the benefits of Vitamin C in our health. Has anyone here store and take this vitamin as supplement??

I used to have it in my cabnit but not now dont know why I stopped buying it. I do know that it helps keep colds away . 15 min. in the sun can give you alot of vit. C so am in the sun as much as I can

oh, i wasn't aware that we can have vitamin C from being under the sun. i thought we get vitamin D from the sun. please correct me if i am wrong here. i am just a bit surprise. take care.

Vitamin C is ggod for you too. you get Vitamen C in Orange juice, fruit juic, any kind of juice other things too, but can't think right now I just woke up. have a lovely day.

I get it in my daily "Centrum Silver" but I also eat at least 2 tangerines a day. I take it to help delay osteoporosis

My mom takes Centrum silver too. And a daily dose of vitamin C to keep away the flu.

Well yes I do take vitamin C I love to take it especially before the onset of winter mainly, although I do have orange juice and other tablets with vitamin C in them but I take a bit more before the winter season. I do take a multi vitamin every day which I think is very good to protect my health.

i have always been taking vitamin c. but i prefer to take it from natural sources. so i eat a lot of mangoes, lemon juice, pineapples, melons, grapes, vegetables, and others more which are known to be vitamin c rich foods. the doctor has said that vitamin c from natural sources are better in keeping us in good health. lately though, a friend introduced me to sodium ascorbate which is a natural alkaline based vitamin c. it has been doing wonders for us but, i haven't stopped the natural foods that we had been used to.

i take vitaminC everyday. actually, i take multivitamins so i can keep up with my hectic schedule.

yep. i always take in vitamin C before i go to bed. it's the vitamin i never ran out of. makes me not get sick a lot. helps in fighting diseases and makes my skin glow more. happy myLotting!

My husband bought those vitamin C supplements, but we take them only when we're sick or something.
