i cant sleep what should i do

i cant sleep what should i do.. count sheep?

I think we all suffer bouts of insomnia from time to time and it's terrible. We need our sleep to be able to get things done the next day. I think you've had some good responses here so hopefully some of them will work. Try to look back at your schedule since this started and see if anything has changed. Perhaps it's just something silly. Hopefully it is just a stage and pretty soon you'll be back to sleeping normally. If you find you can't sleep at night, you could always come here and make some more money,lol

Counting sheeps is useless to me. Sleeping pills are already on the extreme side. Crying can help, so can fighting (seen the movie fight club?). Insomnia is hell.

yes a hot bath does clear one's head..Lots of steam ..good for breathing

i used to do that, but what works for me is a glass of warm milk. try it!

take a hot bath before going to bed, read, meditate, listen to soft music, anything that relaxes you will eventually help you get to sleep.

You tell me, buddy. I can't sleep either. I have sleeping problem. I can't sleep when everybody is sleeping. I always fall asleep when the time reaches above 3.00 am.

my suggestion is get your body to relax with no problem in your head.try meditation in a moment.take a deep breath in slowly and then exhale in.do it in 10 minutes and you feel get fresh again and then you can sleep with relax body.that what i am doing if i can't get sleep.
