How long does it take for My Lot answer your QUERIES and QUESTIONS?

I've noticed that my questions to make lot once take two days before they answer. I received no detailed answer and told me to read the FAQs. I already printed it.
But I read some related posts that MYLOT give relatively fast response.
How long does it take before you receive their response to your comments or questions?

I had read the entire terms and conditions before joining Mylot so I rarely had any difficulties. And when I had, I posted a topic and the replies satisfied my doubts. So I never had to write to mylot ever so far.

I wrote to mylot ones in my three months stay regarding the reputation and recieved a automated irrekevent reply after three weeks.
The percentage reputation was same but the star had the different color and the number too was 9 & 10.
I even added the discussion link in which this was seen, my reputation is 95/100 and my star looks red with a reputation number as "9". Some have the same 95/100 reputation but have a blue star with "10" inside.
One month has been passed and I am still wating for the justified answer from mylot.
