how to down music?

how to down load music from the cd to the computer? and also from the computer to phone with mp3?

I download music either by buying it on itunes and then downloading it unto my ipod. Other ways are torrent sites and things like limewire or other p2p programs like that soulseek is probally the best for full cds. Nowadays rapidshare and megaupload are taking over as far as hosting music because you can download it directly from the site.
