each n every country wants d best coach to train their national team!!!a team has got two choices either go in for their own former player or a foreigner...Remember tat whenever a national is selcted it'll boast d country's best...

praneshkrishnan hey in order to select the coach , the country should not see their orgin , they should their performance in international and test cricket , by which they can judge them, eg. kirten s good coach n more over s a good fielder n batsman .
