Undoubtedly the Holy Bible is, for me, the best book to seek help in our daily problems. Next to the Holy Scriptures is, I believe, The 7 habits of Highly Effective People.

punichow I believe that our very judgmental and pigeonholing society has a very destructive bias against ADD/ADHD personalities. Probably we need to discover ways to help children or adults with ADD/ADHD to maximize their strengths and potentials rather than labeling...

punichow I have browsed through some websites that considers ADD/ADHD more of a gift than a disorder. It is actually a personality type of a portion of the world's population. I believe that it has a positive and productive side that should be fully tapped.
