pvleroux I love running and when I pick up to much weight then I go on a soup diet, only eating two packets of soup a day and that helps me to knock of 4kg a week.

pvleroux Drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruit and veg, eat cereal in the morning and be careful of carbohydrates is what I would suggest and then do some exercise.
