lifan2013 You want to gain weight,but I want to loose weight. Form my opinion, you should eat more meat that contains much fat, eat more rice, don't move, after eating, go to sleep.

gelomon is sleeping after eating not bad? That can cause heart attack. By the way, i will try some of what you have said. I have some tips for loosing weight, drink more water, do not skip meal. Just eat little but do not skip meal. And exercise. Happy loosing weight!...
