have u ever wanted to stay up all night and about 04.00 u want to ''rest'' ur eyes for a ''second''? how do i avoid this stuff? i need much sleep or no sleep cuz i find it hard waking up.

redik11 i dont think that early fall asleep thing work on me. i fell asleep at 22.00 once and when i woke up at 08.00 i felt like crap. i was even more tired than ever
