refcash I wash my fruits before eating if I am at home and gently rub it as well using my hands like what I do when I am washing my hands. Helps in removing any dirt on the surface of the fruits.

refcash It would be patience for me. There are many instances where my anger overwhelms me and I am tempted to flare up and hit back at whoever or whatever is causing me to feel angry but I hold back for awhile and think again to myself if it is worth it or not....
