rekhum If you haven't installed yet try Avira free antivirus. For paid ones, Kaspersky is pretty much good.

rekhum No, Blue Whale Game is not a game that one can install it from the web or App store and play it. It is simply not a downloadable game, app or a software. The game is played on different social media platforms and online game sites.
