Good vegetarian options at Disneyworld?

Hi everyone- Does anyone have recommendations for vegetarian food at Disneyworld? I'm guessing that Epcot would have some, but what about the other parks?

roxprice Thank you! I'm so glad that we'll be able to find some good vegetarian options. (Now if only Sea World in SD would follow suit...)
