What is the best excercise for reducing cholstereol

I have high LDL cholesterol an triglycerdes. (also have fatty infiltration of liver. I walk daily for 30-40 minutes. Is there any other excercise which anyone can recommend. Thanks

With more and more people depending on the internet and television for their news will newspapers be out of business anytime soon.
