sagemclauren Well he should just save it and keep earning. He cannot withdraw it anyways bec. paypal requires a minimum withdrawal amount of $10.

sagemclauren Well, I guess you cannot withdraw your $5 from your paypal balance because paypal has Minimum Withdrawal Amounts: $10.
