I was using nvidea geforce mx400 32MB VGA. now I am using nvidea fx5600 128MB VGA. will this increase my electricity bill. does anyone have a chart which includes the performance of this VGA

My CPU usage always Greater than 95%

From Recently my computer become too slow and always its CPU usage 100% sometimes it become 95%. I recently installed some printer software. before that my PC worked just fine. I have removed that software but still the situation...
