I remember a line from a magazine that says "we have to hydrate ourselves for the perfect day" and because of that i am thinking, what are the best drinks to achieve good that. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks.

sanchita450 All fruit juice is good for health.I drink juice every day after my lunch. it keeps my health good and fit.I make a juice by mixing four diffrent fruit.I love apple juice,grope juice, orange juice.
