sandipkalle Thanks for information of second payment. They just do bussiness for second payment. They gave half payment in second payment and gave second payment as a bonus or as a earning of refer peoples..

sandipkalle Actually, this event happens with my one of friend's friend. He is very talented, but sometimes he get frustrated... as when he works in office, he complete his work, but sometimes he get targeted from his other employees.. so... he think like this...
