sanju9t Dear Danix, as per my experience, you can forget his/her name or face from your heart. one way you can destroy every thing you have which is related to his/her. then cut pic of that related one in small piece and spit in toilet thanks Sunil

sanju9t i think 6 to 8 hour is sufficient for anybody but when we do any heavy physical work than we have to take rest for more time. if we dont take rest at that time we feeel very bad .. "rest is best before test"
