SarahWorksAtHome I do that when I'm really anxious. It burns off the adrenaline from a panic attack and gives me that somewhat of control feeling you're referring to. Sometimes I do it when I'm angry, too. It's a very productive way to channel that energy!

SarahWorksAtHome I had heard before that lemon was a natural meat tenderizer? Maybe I need to look more into that. I use lemon pepper marinade for my chicken often but haven't tried it for beef yet. Thanks for the suggestions. =)
