Should smoking be banned in public parks?

I am not a smoker and was happy to see the the public parks (playground areas) have put a ban on smoking. I don't think kids or other parents should have to be objected to someone's secnd hand smoke while they are trying to enjoy...

sareel Not all parks are in the city and many are located in areas where "fresh air" is possible. Do you have someone's exhaust pipe blowing directly in your face? Actually with a little research you will see that you are at a high risk from second hand smoke...

What do you think of people who are extremely loud at the gym? I attend a Bally's gym and there are many people that moan and groan while they work out, but there is one guy in particular that grunts so loud you can hear him all...

sareel I totally understand what you are saying about the energizing. But when I said this guy does this during everything I mean everything...running, lifting, SHOWERING?!

Would you ever be a surrogate mother?

I am a traditional surrogate and will be doing a surrogacy after the birth of my 3rd child in Nov (well, approx. 3 months after to heal). Would you ever be able to be a surrogate, traditional or gestational?
