when you feel sad what do you do?? how can you feel happyy??

florasaran When i feel sad..i used to listen music..or i used to go to my friends room..have a chat or go to beeach... or browse the net... One better solution is that dont try to be alone...thats it..if u feel sad and if u r alone it might still build u in stress...so...

Lavera1 The easiest thing that I do, Sementa, is to just smile. A smile releases enzymes into your blood stream similular to laughter. A good belly shaking laugh is the best thing to do. I have a brother who continuely make me laugh like that. I'll tell him that...
