here in my country,each one try to sell a cell phone,esp student,every one has a cell phone,even the most of them don't use it,they just use it fot finery,and if someone doesn't have one they deride him,even we can say that cell...

shanay well here in JA with some people having a cell phone,it is very necessary but with others they dont need it. cell phone is the in thing everyone wants one.here rich and poor people have cell phone and some have more than one.
