are we safe with CCTV camera?

greetings to all of you guys, i noticed that many people wanted to have this kind of technology to make them more safe especially in commercial places,but there are still been killed and robbery even though they already had CCTV...

shawne05 Of Course having a CCTV with not make you safe. It's just there for a sense of security and as a deturant for some criminals . But if someone wants to commit a Crime They Will..END of Story

The time reset on my computer...

I'm wondering if anyone knows what this is all about? I noticed yesterday the time on my laptop all of a sudden said 10:25PM when it was only 6PM? Is that a battery issue or what? Have you ever had this problem?

shawne05 There could be a few things going wrong, 1.) you could have a virus. Scan your machine with an anyi virus software. 2.) your Time zone may need adjusting to suit your location. Click on the time on your machine and located the time zone and change it. 3.) You...
