shawnfugett You are so true. People expect us to always be there for them but it is okay to take a mental health day and retreat. That is exactly what I need to start doing to keep myself in harmony

shawnfugett Things are getting better. Though there are about 125,000 w/o power. Lot of price gouging on groceries and neccessities. A corner store was reported to be selling tealight candles for a $1 a pop. Ridiculous and scandalous!

shawnfugett Thanks so much for all the wonderful comments. I truly am enjoying our new bundle of joy. My daughter will be attending nursing school in the spring so I think she has a much better grasp on her life than I did at 19. For that I am grateful

shawnfugett I have been tested but they never suggested the device for my mouth but straight to the CPAP. I haven't gotten it no longer have insurance and it is costly with insurance.
