If anyone has suffered from depression or currently is they understand how hard it truly is to get passed. I just want to know how you did it if you suffer from it, or if you know someone else who has suffered and got through it....

shortandsweet i suffer from depression,in fact, my whole family does, my cousin is in the hospital for an eating disorder and i am really concerned! she is also my best friend
