It rained and rained last year here in Chennai, TN, India.. Some that went to the office got locked up in the office itself due to flood and road blocks.. There was a lot of loss and damage to life and property.. And this year.....

Shreya Ramachandran Apparently there is a cyclone formed.. but this has happened many a times before and there was no panic among people.. the panic is just because of last year's rain (which was bad). Its drizzling now..
