i didnt sign in mylot for 3 days..i was out of station..today i signed in i lost .4$ frm my account..i dont know..im fully confused now..is it possible for the particular authority to take money form our accont

i had an account in surfjunky..when i reach 16$ suddenly they closed my account..my time,money everything spoiled..i dont know wat happened..is surfjunky really a scam

my money got struck into paypal..an amount of 150$.i earned it online..they sent it to my paypal account..but i didnt get it yet..i also sent mail to the concerned person..but they told "v have already sent it"..but it didnt reach...
