smart23 suicide is an offence....... but i feel people who commit suicide doesn't think that way, they just have to run away from the situation they are stuck in..... they never realise what will happen to their parents, relatives and friends after their death...........

smart23 yes u can reduce 4-5 kgs in a month. i have done it. but u have to diet plus exercise to see better results. in diet u should: 1. avoid fried foods completely 2. stop eating sweets, chocolates, cakes, etc 3. eat lots of salads, fruits and vegetables 4....
