Is it advantage to drinking milk before go to bed?

I have a habit that drinking milk before go to bed. I heard some say drinking milk before go to bed is not good. I don't know is good or is bad. What do you think of it?

sonikaun drinking milk is very good to do if it was bad i think every baby born into this world would not being drinking milk before going to bed.....its waaaay better than drinking alchol before going to bed as that can be very bad for you and lead you to anything bad...
