I just recently signed up on bubblews and I can't seem to find any guide or how to's on the site. Anyways, How to make a hyperlink? and what's the use of the "+" sign. I can see some members put "+" before a word on their posts....

sorima24 I think so,because when i was a teenager i feel this and i ignore until now it worst because i suffer it whole night.Sometimes i took a bath in afternoon even im tired.

sorima24 I did not consult a doctor yet,i only massage it with some oil..but theres no effect,thank you for your prayers.
