Can you still do cartwheels and handstands?

spikey_monkey @spikey_monkey (759) 17 Jul 07

I have to admit I haven't ried in a good number of years. Where does one try such activities without looking like a fool? Can you still do them, or any other gymastics at that?

spikey_monkey @Loen210 I’d forgotten about it too. Someone random replied to a question of mine from 13 years ago and I got an alert.

It has now arrived in Britain, who thinks we're all going to die from it?

spikey_monkey I didn’t know I was still on here either. I can’t really remember what happened in the end, I guess it was fine and mass panic for nothing as usual.

What's the worst thing you've ever eaten or drunk by accident?

spikey_monkey @spikey_monkey (759) 17 Jul 07

I mine would have to be a can of beer that had been used as an ash tray. I think there must be worse though, what's the worst thing you have ever eaten or drunk by accident?

Noises

spikey_monkey @spikey_monkey (759) 17 Jul 07

Are there any noises that you don't like? I don't like footsteps that go clip clop or paper shuffling or people turning pages in folders. I zlso don't like the sound of people talking when you can hear the saliva clicking.

spikey_monkey I reckon I would do some sort of injury if I tried now. I wonder if I could do a back bend too, I feel like trying now but I can't as I'm in work.

Why can you shut your eyes but not your ears, nose, touch, taste etc

spikey_monkey @spikey_monkey (759) 23 Apr 07

I thought it might be so if you're in danger you can hear what's going on, but then you should be able to close your ears as long as you eyes or smell are still open.

spikey_monkey You're right, but if we had the transparent lids also that would solve that problem

Seatbelts

spikey_monkey @spikey_monkey (759) 24 May 07

Why do people not tend to wear their searbelts when they are intaxis or coaches but they always do in cars? I wouldn't dream of going in a car without one (even if it wasn't against the law) but I don't usually wera one in a taxi...

spikey_monkey Perhaps they ought to make them nmore comfortable. The times they bother me the most is when I need the toilet and it's pressed against my bladder.

spikey_monkey Thank you for your answer. What you said is all very true. I wonder why you have to sleep with your eyes closed and not your ears instead, that way you could still see danger and smell it just now hear it.

spikey_monkey Now you are a silly sausage. Did you actualy swallow it? Usually I notice such things before the point of swallowing but I could imagine it would be possible.
