When it rains, it is almost like non-stop for days where I live. It doesn't get heavy or stormy, but still quite unpleasant to walk around or to drive along the highways. How about where you live ? Do yo get heavy rains ?

srivignesh We have rains in our area during this time. Here it rains for few minutes and then goes. For one or two days, there were heavy rains.

srivignesh It is very sad to hear this. I suggest that you do lot of brisk walking atleast for a minimum period of 30 minutes initially. Slowly try to increase it and try to make it for 1 hour. Brisk walking enables sweating which will automatically bring down the sugar...

srivignesh Hi, It would be quite difficult in case you don't have a credit card. You can try with your debit card, in case if you have. Also look out for the countries where the paypal facility is there. I would suggest you to visit the help section in paypal.
