Injured but can still excerise other parts

Remember if you are injured in any way that doesn't mean that you can/should stop exercising the body parts that are healthy. If you stop exercising completely, you body is going to lose the central adaptions that have developed...

What are some important skills or tasks, teens should learn?

I say to help teens become happy adults, we have to give them the gift of competence.Kids who handle everyday tasks, from landary to banking are happier and more confident.what to you all think?

stanh69 Hopefully the addition to the cast will not hurt the show. I have alot of complaining about the additions.
