Fast Internet,No Timeout Errors

I notice two things taking place simultaneously.One,internet has been unusually fast today in this area,and,two,I have not been having timeout errors since morning. Does it mean timeout errors are caused by slow internet?

jaishankar @tahashif,At first,I was thinking that timeout errors occur due to some problems in the site.I am still not sure why these errors occur.
