do you always sleep late?

after I came to colledge.I find myself sleep more and more late.I think it is not good for our health.but everyone won't go to bed early.how about you?

talkstoomuch sleeping late continually isnt healthy at all...i used to do that a lot during test prep and it wrecked my biological cycle completely...for the longest time i was yellow faced, sallow and slow to respond..besides bieng tempermental and having a digestion...
