what is the appropriate exercise to reduce fat in the abdomen.

my stomach is a bit bloated. i've do exercise like sit up and, jogging. but it doesn't show the maximum result. what do you think i must do? and what exercise to maximum reduce the fat?

tatineni85 try doing some yogasanas..suryanamaskaras also help u to keep ur abdominal muscles n reaining body parts fit
