threena I think it was a simplified version. Here in the Philippines, they usually call any yellow rice, java rice. I'm not really sure why. But if you have the complete recipe, I hope you can post it. I'd really love to have it. Thanks.

threena Thanks. Nice to see I'm not alone. Times have changed a lot. Streets now are no playground. They used to be, when I was young. But the crime today is so horrifying that even adults should never let their guard down when out on the streets.
