I just want to grow taller. There are other people, that are shorter than me (18 years old, 1.62 m), but that fact doesn't make me happyer. Is there still hope for me, or it is too late.. I've heard that some diets, trainings or...

timaka Yeah, I try not to get depressed.. I've heard that this is genetical, but I'm sure that I'll grow taller than my genetic height. Best wishes :)
