Do Black or colored people get skin cancer?

Just something which just popped into my head. I am wondering if their dark color protect them from the sun. Can a black person get sunburn?

tramstopp black people and natives have higher production of Melanin (the molecule responsible for their skincolour) which is the bodys own light absorber. Everyone have albino's but white people have the least, therefore we are more prone to diseases such as cancer,...
