trnurbdy48 Hello all. Ten years ago I topped the scale at 207. At 5'6" this was profound obesity. I then made the decision to lose the weight. Within a year I dropped 90 lbs. I then went on to earn a NASM certification and a degree in Kinesiology. Was it easy? Nope. But...
