do you regret after you surfing on the internet for a long time?

usually when we have a lot of things to do ,but sometimes the things is hard that we dont wanna to face it .so we just surf on the internet for all day.but at last we have to face it and you become regret that :why dont i do it...

trotter Yes,I'm a Chinese and I know renren. I'm facing the same problem.I think we should make daily plans and set goals for ourselves .If we exert ourselves to contain the addiction to the internet,I believe we'll be more preserved.
