Have you ever felt depressed?. Nothing goes your way and you just decide to stop trying?. How did you overcome this?. People often recommend to find someone to talk to, but what do you do if you don't want to talk to anybody....

josefina @ukkayb _Motivation is overrated. Waiting for it is one form of procrastination. Get out of the "thinking" zone and into the "action" zone as soon as possible. I'm sure you've heard about the "5 second rule" by Mel Robbins? Look it up on you tube.
