Sometimes I get more anger and lot of stress too due to that. how to reduce that? breathing deep, drinking lot of water etc.. doesn't work as mind says you are not calm. What can be done?

venkilot Its really a bad experience, that i too have faced. Since the brain wont realize when you are angry
