Do you care what others think about you?

LightninStrike @LightninStrike (5915) • Saint Vincent And The Grenadines 9 Jun 07

Penny Medlock I would think so. Just to be sure, simply log in to your PayPal account, and ask them. You should find the help link at the top of the [page, and again at the bottom.

Sandy KS If you have a bank account likeyou claim. Than you should be able to go to your bank and get a debit card. You will be able to use your debit card as a credit card as long as it has the Visa or master card logo on it. Which you than can use on paypal.
