i have always suffered with this and sometimes it gets really bad has anyone found anything that helps with this?

villagebrat I'm glad I came across this comment. I never thought about taking iron supplements to see if this helps. I have had to take them off and on for years, but am horrible at taking pills regularly. I'll have to give this a try too.
