I feel a cough and sore throat coming on. I hear tea and honey help, but I wonder if there any other natural cure?

vw3321 Zinc tablets (or lozenges) really work well. Just pop one as soon as you feel a cold coming on. I went from having colds all the time to very rarely having one at all now. Same thing worked for my teenager.
