hi frnds this topic is little silly but..if u respond i think this will be some what funny one...this topic is how many hours do you sleep??? coming to me i dont have any particular timings and my highest ever time that i slept...

waseemakram154 yah...dat is wat...we have to sleep atleast 6-8 hrs a day..if we do that we wont any probs like black marks n all..

waseemakram154 i think 6-8 hrs is the compulsory time for sleeping according to science..dat is gud for health..wat say buddy???
